Ten years after the Tsunami, and in face of the growing challenges of Climate Change and increasing vulnerability, ISCRAM-Asia 2014 will focus on how information and communication technology can strengthen disaster preparedness and response and improve the resilience of communities and organizations. The conference will bring together top researchers and practitioners working in the area of information systems for crisis response. The conference provides an opportunity for academic researchers in Asia to present new research and for practitioners to discuss best practices.
The 2nd ISCRAM-ASIA Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management (ISCRAM-Asia 2014) will be held at Colombor, Sri Lanka, from June 20 to 21, 2014.
